The Phlebotomy Training program at Mid-America Nursing & Allied-Health Institute is where future Phlebotomists can get their comprehensive training at affordable rates. We offer payment plans and flexible course times to help students achieve their goals. Our program cost of $1400 is all inclusive. Once you have paid the course cost, you will receive the NHA study guide, practice tests, scrubs and necessary supplies.
As a Phlebotomist, you will need to improve your dexterity and communication skills. You will also be coached on how to deal with patients and to work cohesively with other healthcare professionals such as when drawing blood from the patient, interpreting blood drawing particulars from the doctor, laboratory specimen handling protocol and other essential topics related to the Phlebotomy profession.
Mid-America Nursing & Allied-Health Institute is aimed at getting students interested in becoming Phlebotomy Technicians to perform delegated duties within the health care facility they are employed at, and within the scope of phlebotomy practice as defined by the National HealthCareer Association (NHA).
The course is a practical, hands on training through use of demonstration and skills practice. Students will be required to practice on each other to gain real world experience.
